training

OneZulu highlights the importance of people and its relationships. We foster communication with Unit Leadership, Staff, Program Managers, Instructors and Students to establish report and build confidence. With strong foundation of mutual respect, we then commence our training.

OneZulu provides professional, formal qualification training, advanced tactics and proficiency training. signature program

As with all training, there must be foundational starting point. Our signature BSAT (Basic Small Arms Training) Program is the foundational starting point for all of our weapon training programs and is at the heart of our Core Strategy. The BSAT Program is a fully-developed training initiative and complete solution for individual Units lacking shooting program expertise, tactical experience, time and resources. Our BSAT Course is designed to provide Special Warfare Airmen initial training with fundamental weapon knowledge and marksmanship skills, shooting proficiency and advanced gun-fighting capabilities. The BSAT Program produces sustainable gunfighters with enhanced combat capability, directed lethality, operational confidence, tactical expertise and deployment readiness. Our complete BSAT Program enables Units to provide safe, standardized and sustained weapons and shooting training for your Special Warfare Airmen while fulfilling multiple training requirements. The BSAT Program blueprint ensures leadership’s confidence in the successful implementation, safe execution and continued sustainment of Special Warfare Airmen.

instructor and program manager development

Training-the-trainer is our Strategic Intent!

The key with continued proficiency and sustainability is to create and develop Special Warfare Airmen as Instructors and Program Managers with the ability to internally execute and sustain the program for their Unit. OneZulu offers specifically designed training and professional development courses for Special Warfare Airmen to become Instructors or Program Manager for all of OneZulu’s training programs. We have a formalized development process where students learn our comprehensive Method of Instruction formula. Students learn the technical components of teaching/learning, technical procedures of teaching, standard military teaching-learning models, curriculum execution, lesson plan conduct and instructor-role leadership. Additionally, we focus detailed attention and training on risk management, safety, situational awareness / understanding, compliance/regulation, and organizational and presentation skills. Prospects should be high-caliber, competent, mature and professional Special Warfare Airmen who demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and possess a desire to instruct / manage our training programs.
