The Core Philosophy of OneZulu Tactical Solutions is emphasized with our persistent focus, attention and discipline for weapons safety during training. Our attention to a safe and effective training environment and comprehensive Risk Management Plan is commensurate with all AFI and USAF policies, regulations, compliance, guidance, and requirements ensuring confidence for Unit Commanders.

RISK MANAGEMENT COMPONENTS
OneZulu’s training programs have been developed with a comprehensive Risk Management Plan that includes standards and methods for assessing, evaluating, managing, controlling and mitigating risk. Our proprietary risk model and Risk Management Plan maximizes training capabilities and effectiveness while limiting risk factors. We apply deliberate risk planning and real-time risk assessing, evaluating, managing, controlling and mitigating. Our risk model provides us with deliberate techniques that are developed into our executable Lesson Plans. Training that is considered Very High Risk and High Risk is mitigated down to a Medium Risk category, affording safe training and a confident assumption of risk. Our Risk Management Plan has been extensively developed with various Risk Management Components to ensure leadership’s confidence in the execution of a safe and effective training environment.
